RE[3]: Play an audio notification once the build has completed

Meltdown

It's not very apparent on Windows 11, the icon changes colour slightly on my settings, but its hard to notice on a large widescreen with 4k resolution.

Also, sometimes I am not looking at the screen, I am doing other things in the office while waiting for the build.
